Hello,

My names Steven and I am a recent graduate of the University of California Los Angeles. I was born in Monterey, California, a small bay community south of San Francisco. I studies Political Science at UCLA and am in the process of determining what the next step in my life will be. I am interested in traveling to South America sometime soon, backpacking through the countryside and visiting ancient ruins as well as indigenous cultures.

At UCLA I work for an organization called Outdoor Adventures, where I work as a bike mechanic and lead wilderness outings in the southwestern US. Through this organization we lead rock climbing, camping backpacking, kayaking and canoeing trips for UCLA alumni, faculty and students.

In my spare time I enjoy doing carpentry, playing with my dog Gus, playing baseball, frisbee, volleyball and basketball, following my favorite sports teams the LA Lakers and Boston Red Sox, reading, outdoor activities (backpacking, kayaking, camping), partying with my friends, and watching movies.

I look forward to meeting and talking with you; I'm sure we will each learn a lot about each other's cultures and languages.
